International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) results 2011 is about to be announced on today, 29th January 2011. IMO results 2011 will be available at it’s official website www.imo-official.org. Candidate also can get there result from here.
The IMO (International Mathematical Olympiad) is an annual six-problem, 42-point mathematical olympiad for pre-collegiate students and is the oldest of the International Science Olympiads. The first IMO was held in Romania in 1959. It has since been held annually, except in 1980. About 100 countries send teams of up to six students, plus one team leader, one deputy leader, and observers. IMO identify and encourage the mathematical creativity of children in schools across India and abroad.
