APSPDCL: Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited(APSPDCL) recruiting 2010 Junior Accountants and Assistant Engineer (Electrical) on regular basis Job vacancy applications.In this process, Andhra Pradesh Southern Electricity Distribution Company was formed for the following six districts of Andhra Pradesh. The Corporate Office and Headquarters of APSPDCL is at Tirupati City.
Junior Accounts Officers :
AGE : Shall not be more than 34 years as on 30.04.2010.
QUALIFICATIONS
(a)I class Post Graduate Degree of M.Com., of anyUniversity in India Established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act, or a State Act or any equivalent qualification.OR b)B.Com., I Class or its equivalent of any recognized university of India OR c)Pass in intermediate examination of Chartered Accountancy Examination. OR d)Pass in Intermediate examination of I.C.W.A. 
Assistant Engineers (Electrical) :
AGE : Shall not be more than 34 years as on 30.04.2010. Upper age limit will be
relaxed upto 5 years in respect of SC/ST/BC candidates and upto 10 years in respect of
P.H.Candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS : Must possess B.E/B.TECH/A.M.I.E./Electrical & Electronics
Engineering or equivalent qualification in the similar discipline from any recognized University in India.
SELECTION PROCEDURE :The selection of candidates for appointment will be made 100% on written examination
PAYMENT OF FEE :
Each applicant must pay Rs.150/- (Rupees One hundred and Fifty only) towards Application processing fee.
(i) Applicants under General Category must also pay Rs.350/-
(ii) Candidates belonging to States other than Andhra Pradesh will be considered in
general category only and are required to pay the above prescribed fee

hi ,
i am very much confused with local and non local point mentioned in application
1.whether a person who is applying as non local is also required to submit study certificate or residence certificate???
2.what if a person studied in a educational institue which is not working now???what i mean it is not possible to obtain study certifacate .then what is the solution??
3.is the study certificate given by pvt educational institute eligible for submission??? or if a person studied in govt school that study certificate only eligible ???
4.is it sufficient to submitt study certifcate from vii to x class if a person studied in same locality?ignoring iv to vi class
Is final year fresher also elgible for this job???????????
