Bank of India Recruitment of Specialist Officer- July 2012

 

Bank of India, a Public Sector Undertaking Bank, invites Online applications for the post of Specialist Officer from Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination (CWE) for Specialist Officer  conducted by IBPS in 2011 and have a valid Score card issued by IBPS & who meet the eligibility criteria  :

Recruitment Details –

Name of the post ( No. of Vacancies )  - Age limit : -

1. Marketing Officer Scale I ( 21 )  – 21 to 30 years

2. Law Officer Scale II ( 12 ) – 21 to 35 years

3. IT Officer Scale I ( 11 ) – 21 to 30 years

4. IT Officer Scale II ( 05 ) – 21 to 35 years

5. Technical Officer ( Appraisal ) Scale I ( 15 ) – 21 to 30 years

6. HR / IR Officer Scale I ( 35 ) – 21 to 30 years

7. Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale I ( 25 ) – 21 to 30 years

8. Agriculture Field Officer Scale I ( 38 ) – 21 to 30 years

Pay Scale -

i. JMG Scale I – Rs. 14500 – 25700 /- plus other allowances per month

ii. MMG Scale II – Rs. 19400 – 28100 /- plus other allowances per month

Relaxation in age – Candidates belong to OBC by 3 years , SC / ST by 5 years and PWD by 10 will be relaxed.

Educational qualification – As per IBPS Notice for Common Written Examination for Specialist post.

Experience - 3 years for Law Officer ( Scale II ) and 1 year for IT Officer ( Scale II ). No experience for other posts.

Selection procedure –

Final merit list will be made by adding the marks obtained in personal interview with the marks obtained in IBPS CWE for Specialist post.

Application fee –

Applicants are required to pay Rs. 100 /- for Gen / OBC and Rs. 20 /- for the SC / ST / PWD / Ex – Service men candidates through challan in Branch of Bank of India.

Aspirants who have met the eligibility criteria and qualified the IBPS CWE for Specialist Officer will have to first make payment of application fee through challan in branch of Bank of India. Re-visit the career page of Bank and click on online apply and furnish the application form in online prescribed format properly with correct information and click on submit button. At last take a print out of application sent successfully to use at time of interview.

Date of payment of application fee – 04.07.2012 to 14.07.2012

Tentative period of interview – Aug – Sept 2012

Age / Qualification / Experience will be calculated as on – 01.12.2011
