Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) under Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment for filling up the back log vacancies of SC/ST/OBC in the State of J&K for the temporary posts of CONSTABLE/GD(MALE)

The Test will be held through rally system with effect from 06-12-2010 to 13-12-2010 continuously for a week at the following recruitment centers:

Physical Test:

CONSTABLE/GD(MALE) Details-

Total Posts : 159

Qualification :
Matriculation or 10th class pass.
Educational certificates other than State Board/ Central Board should be accompanied with Govt. of India notification declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric/10th class pass for service under Central Govt.

Pay Scale : Pay Band I Rs.5200-20200 + Grade pay Rs 2000 ( Pre-revised pay scale of Rs.3050-75-3950-80-4590)

Age : Not less than 18 years and not more than 23 years as on 1st August 2010 (relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates).

Examination Fee :

OBC candidates have to submit postal order for Rs.50/- drawn in favour of AC/DDO CISF NZ HQrs New Delhi payable at GPO New Delhi as Examination fee. SC/ST candidates are exempted from examination fee.AS such SC/ST candidates need not submit any postal order.

How To Apply :
Candidates who fulfill the above eligible criteria and wish to apply for the post of Constable in CISF may report at the recruitment centers as mentioned at para-1 above for further stages of recruitment. There is no need to submit application by post.
