About :DEPARTMENT OF HORTICULTURE, HIMACHAL PRADESH The State Department of Horticulture functions with the objective of building a prosperous Himachal through scientific development of horticulture by harnessing the natural resources for the development of a sustainable system of agriculture in the hilly areas.
