Discipline : Architecture Services
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Architecture with experience in computerized planning and design of specialised large scale building including health care facilities. - General manager / Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager ( E1 to E3 & E6 )
Discipline : Electrical Engineering Design
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in electrical engineering with experience in electrical design of large multi-storied building hospitals etc. for external and internal electrification , HT, MV etc. - General Manager ( E6 )
Discipline : Human Resource Management & Legal
Qualification : Candidate should posses MBS / PG degree / diploma in business administration with specialisation in HR along with LLB degree . - Manager / Deputy manager / Assistant Manager ( E1 to E3 )
Discipline : Structural Design Engineering
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in civil engineering with experience in design of multi – storeyed RCC buildings , retaining walls, machine foundations etc. and knowledge of IS Codes, Structure software for space frames, columns, design, STAAD & AutoCAD is necessary. - Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager ( E1 to E3 )
Discipline : Design of HVAC
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in mechanical engineering with experience in designing and execution of central HVAC works. - Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager ( E1 to E3 )
Discipline : Estimator
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 1st class in in civil engineering and should posses membership of institute of Quantity Surveyors with experience in quantity survey, costing, estimation etc. - Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager ( E1 to E3 )
Discipline : Public Health / Plumbing Services
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 1st class in in civil engineering with BE / ME in environmental engineering and experience in planning designing ,preparation of BOQ, and cost estimate for public health engineering works such as water supply sewerage & drainage of buildings. - Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager ( E1 to E3 )
Discipline : Project management & Site Supervision
qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 1st class in civil engineering with site experience . - Manager ( E3)
Discipline : Economists – Public Private partnership projects
qualification : Candidate should be graduate with 1st class in Economics with experience in techno – economic feasibility studies, base line surveys, preparation of DPR with PPP model Development and its implementation in infrastructure projects. - Deputy manager / Assistant Manager ( E1 & E2 )
Discipline : Finance & Accounts
qualification : Candidate should be CA / ICWA with 1st class MBA ( Finance ) with relevant experience . - Assistant Manager ( E1 )
Discipline : Company Secretarial
Qualification : Candidate should be ACS / FCS with institute of Company Secretaries of India with the relevant experience.
