  • Qualification : Ph.D / M.Tech. in Mechanical / Automobile / Thermal Engg. / IC Engines from a recognized University / Institute

2. Instrumentation (Research Officer) :

  • No Of posts -  04 Posts
  • Qualification :M.E / M.Tech. in Electronics / Instrumentation / Controls / Automation etc

3. Refinery Technology (Research Officer) :

  • No Of posts – 03 Posts
  • Qualification : Ph.d / M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering

4. Solar Energy (Research Officer / Sr. Research Officer/Dy. Manager Research) :
No Of posts -  03 Posts

Educational Qualification :

For Grade A (Research Officer – Solar PhotoVoltaics) : Ph. D in Physics / Electronics OR M.Tech. in any branch of Engineering .

For Grade B ( Sr. Research Officer – Solar Thermal Energy) : Ph. D in Physics OR M.Tech. in any branch of Engineering .

For Grade C (Dy. Manager Research – Solar Energy) : Ph. D in Physics / Electronics OR M.Tech. in any branch of Engineering

5. Catalysis (Research Officer) :

Qualification : Ph.D – thesis in the area of Heterogeneous Catalysis or Material Synthesis for Catalytic application

Upper Age Limit (as on 31/05/2011) :
For Gr. A : Ph.D – 32 years,
M.Tech- 28 years ,
For Gr. B : Ph.D – 35 years ,
M.Tech- 32 years ,
For Gr. C : Ph.D- 38 years , M.Tech – 36 years

Pay Scale : Rs. 24,900-50,500/- (Gr.A) / Rs. 29,100- 54,500/- (Gr.B) / Rs. 32,900 -58,000/- (Gr. C).
