Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), a Navartna Company, is a leading and profitable commercial venture of Indian Government invites application from eligible candidate for the recruitment of Trainee Marine Engineer post .
Recruitment Details:
- Post Name: – Trainee Marine Engineer
Educational Qualification: – Candidates should have completed Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture.
Age Limit: – 28 years of upper age should not be exceeded as on 01.01.2013. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are liable to get benefit of upper age relaxation.
Selection Process: – The process of selection comprises Written Test & Personal Interview. Candidates qualified in written test will only be called for Personal Interview.
Note: - Candidates selected have to undergo 12th months training. The fee of training approx 03 Lakhs to be paid by selected candidates directly to Training Institute.
Application Fee: – Candidates other SC/ST have to pay Rs. 1000/- as application fee. While only 500/- is required to deposit as fee by SC/ST candidates.
Mode of Payment: – It is required to pay above amount in Account No. 10972426052 of Shipping Corporation of India Limited, Mumbai through either branches of SBI.
How to apply: –
As mentioned earlier only Online applications will be accepted between 06th June to 06th July 2012 from eligible Indian Nationals. Candidates may use below link during these period for sending their online applications.
Candidates prompting to apply have to deposit application fee before choosing ‘Apply Online Link’. After paying application, It is required to chase immediate link to send their applications.
After submitting online application, candidates have to take print out of the same and attach attested copy of certificates in claim of Age Proof, Caste, Educational Qualification. Candidates self attested photographs are also required to affix on appropriate space. Don’t forget to attach Payment slip with system generated application.
