Indian Navy is recruiting Short Service Commission Officer & invites applications from unmarried male & Female Indian Citizens in the Education Branch for Course commencing Jan-2012 at NAVAC Ezhimala, Kerala. Educational Qualification , Physical standard & other Eligibility details is mention below
Short Service Commission Officer SSC
Educational Qualifications:
(a) BE /B Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, IT/ Computer Science with Minimum 50% Marks or
(b) M.Sc in Physics, Maths with Minimum 50% marks or
(c) M.Sc Computer Science or Master’s in Computer Application (with Physics or Maths in B.Sc) with Minimum 50% Marks or
(d) Post Graduate in Operation Analysis and Operational Research Quantitative methods with minimum 75% marks.or (
e) Post Graduate in Mathematics with Probability or Statistics with minimum 75% marks.
Physical Standards :
(a) Height and Weight. Minimum height Male – 157 cms, Female-152cms, with correlated weight,
(b) Eye Sight: The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses. Should not be colour /night blind.
Age Limit:
21 to 25 years (candidate to be born between 02 Jan 1987 to 01 Jan 1991; both dates inclusive).
