North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute Of Health & Medical Sciences

NEIGRIHMS is an Autonomous Institute established by Government of India in 1987 under the Meghalaya Registration of Societies Act 1983. The then Prime Minister Late Rajiv Gandhi dedicated the Institute to the memory of Late Indira Gandhi, former Prime Minister for her commitment to the welfare and affection for the people of North Eastern Region.

North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute Of Health & Medical Sciences NEIGRIHMS invites applications for the following posts-

A. Faculty Posts:

1. Professor

Pay Band 4 (Rs.37400-67000) with the minimum pay of Rs.51600/- and Academic Grade Pay of Rs.10500/- + NPA

2. Associate Professor

Pay Band 4 (Rs.37400-67000) subject to minimum Pay being Rs.42800/- and Academic Grade Pay Rs.9000/- + NPA3. Assistant Professor

3-Assistant Professor:

Pay Band 3 (Rs.15600-39100); minimum Pay to be fixed at Rs.30000/- with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.8000/- + NPA(Plus other allowances as admissible under Govt. of India Rules

B. Nursing Faculty:
Professor cum Principal (Nursing College) -No of post-1 UR,
Pay Scale–3 (Rs.15600-39100) and Grade Pay-Rs.7600/- plus other allowances as admissible under Govt. of India Rules.
