1. Name of the post – Auction Recorder
No of Posts – 142 posts
Pay scale: Rs 10300 – 34800 + 3200 Grade pay.
2. Name of the post – Clerk
No Of posts – 224 posts
Pay scale: Rs 5910 – 20200 + 1900 Grade pay.
Educational qualification:
Candidates pass in Graduate with 50% marks and should have 50% marks in Matriculation also for the post of Auction Recorder. Candidates pass Graduate,
ii) should qualify a test in Punjabi type writing at speed of 30 words per minute within one year of appointment,
iii) should have passed at least 120 hours course with hand on experience in use of PF PC or information technology in office productivity, applications or desktop publishing applications (OR) should have passed in course in computer Information Technology equivalent to O level certificate of DOEACC.
