Punjab & Sind Bank (PSB) 800 IBPS Clerk Vacancy 2012

Punjab & Sind Bank, a leading Public Sector Bank, invites applications for recruitment of 800 posts in CLERICAL CADRE from Indian citizens, who have taken the Common Written Examination for Clerical cadre conducted by IBPS in 2011 and have a valid Score card issued by IBPS. Interested & eligible candidates can apply ONLINE in a prescribed format before the last date. Clerk

No. of Vacant Posts : 800 posts,

Scale of Pay : Scale Rs.7200-19300,

Essential Educational Qualification : 

  • Pass with 60% marks in the aggregate, either in the Higher Secondary School (HSC) Examination or Standard XII under the 10+2+3 pattern or Standard XI under the 11+4 pattern or its equivalent of recognized Educational Board, acceptable to the Bank OR
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University of India OR
  • Diploma in Banking recognized by Central / State / UT Govt.
  • Candidate must have prior knowledge in Computer Basics like MS-Office

CWE Score : Minimum 120 for General Candidates and 105 for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD Candidates,

Age Limit : 18 – 28 years as on 01.08.2011,

Application Fee : Rs. 200/- for GENERAL /OBC candidates. Rs. 50/- fees for SC / ST & PWD candidates. Fees has to be paid through CBS Branches of Punjab & Sind Bank, by mean of a paymentchallan as per the format given on the bank’s website. Fees in any other mode will not be accepted.
